The dizzying whiteness of the Pontine Islands
PALMAROLA has something that lies beyond inhabited land. It's a watercolor that blends the shades of blue of crystal-clear seas with the sparkling white of its sheer cliffs. Its lively opening, Calabrian Bergamot and Italian Lemon, opens with a sublime and vertiginous Jasmine floral heart. The backdrop built around a Bois de Gaïac accord brings nobility and depth to the volutes of this Italian stopover.
" PALMAROLA is a trip to the heart of the Pontine Islands, under a gentle and cool wind. "
GAÏAC WOOD ESSENCE
The Latin origins of the little Guaiac tree mean "wood of life", perhaps because it is one of the densest woods in the world. In perfumery, Gaïac is a white, dry and smoky wood that has no gender. Combined with masculine or feminine, it goes well with amber sandalwood notes as well as with softer and powdery floral notes.
JASMIN SAMBAC ABSOLUTE
Jasmine Sambac is characterized by its small, velvety white flowers with double petals. His absolute is precious. It is harvested at dawn to avoid altering its essence in the sun. It then takes several million flowers to obtain a kilo of concentrate. Its perfume knows how to be at the same time powdery, hypnotic, heady, and diverts the white flowers from their usual innocence.
