Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande!

Pour la première fois depuis que je commande sur le site du Couvent des Minimes je ne suis pas satisfaite. J'ai fait une commande le 30/11 pour Noël. Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande donc très grosse déception.
