Refund policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days, from receipt of the Product (s) delivered, to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay a penalty. When the period of fourteen (14) clear days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify LE COUVENT, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: LE COUVENT, Service Consommateurs, 79 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, or by e-mail to the address hello@lecouventparfums.com , his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration, expressing his desire to withdraw, indicating in particular his identity, his delivery and billing address (if these are different), the order number, the date of receipt of the order. To this end, LE COUVENT provides the Customer with a model withdrawal form appearing in Appendix 2 of the GTC.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can also use the model withdrawal form available in Appendix 2 of these GTC. LE COUVENT will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal by email.

In accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code, the Customer undertakes to return the Products for which he exercises his right of withdrawal, to his costs, within fourteen (14) days following the notification to LE COUVENT of its right of withdrawal.
To facilitate reimbursement, the Product (s) must ( must) be returned, complete (s) in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.) to the following address: Logistic Skipper: Chemin des Caires, ZA des Caires - 26800 ETOILE SUR RHONE
However, and in application of the provisions of Article L. 221-28 paragraph 5 ° of the Consumer Code, the Customer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal and, therefore, return the Products, when the said delivered Products have been unsealed by the latter, after delivery, and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or e health protection.

If the aforementioned conditions are met, LE COUVENT will reimburse the Customer, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the right of withdrawal, the sums corresponding to the Products for which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, including delivery costs.
However, the reimbursement by LE COUVENT may be deferred until recovery of the returned Products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Products, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
In addition, LE COUVENT will not be required to reimburse additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method offered by LE COUVENT hereunder.

The refund will be made via the payment method used by the Customer when placing the returned order.
